They agree that Canon, Canon subsidiaries, affiliates and subcontractors, Canon`s parent company and all subsidiaries or associated businesses of the Canon subsidiary and its subcontractors and their representatives, directors, employees, senior executives, information providers, advertisers or partners, licensees and licensees (“collectively destroyed parties”) are free. Charges, legal fees, legal fees of any kind and of any kind incurred by the parties compensated in connection with claims arising from your access and/or use of the Canon site or a violation of these Terms of Use of The Above Insurance, Guarantees and Alliances or other actions related to the use of the Canon site. They will work together as broadly as reasonably to defend such a claim by Canon. Canon reserves the right to take over, at its own expense, the exclusive defence and control of all matters that you do not have, and you will not settle a case under any circumstances without Canon`s written consent. 8. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. All new versions, upgrades or licensed versions of the software will be made available to all government licensees with limited privileges. The licensed software provided under this contract is “commercial computer software” within the meaning of DFARS 252.227-7014 (a) (a) (June 1995) and the accompanying documentation is subject to limited rights. The contract agent and the end-user of the state agree to the inclusion of third-party copyrighted computer software and documentation for all licensed software provided under this contract.

The use, reproduction or disclosure by the government is covered in b) (3) rights to non-commercial computer software and non-commercial documentation of computer software, DFARS 252.227-7014 (June 1995) or under paragraphs c) (1) and (2) the commercial computer software rights clause at 48 CFR 152.1 227-19 (June 1987) (June 1987) (June 1987) (June 1987) (June 1987) (June 1987). The contractor/manufacturer is Therefore Corporation GmbH, Wiener Strae 2/2, A-2340 Moedling, Austria. The contract agent and the end-user of the State acknowledge that they have read all of the conditions mentioned above, which they understand, agree to be bound by them, and that neither Canon USA nor a dealer are an agent of Therefore Corporation, nor are they entitled to grant or guarantee on behalf of the Organization or to amend the terms of this Agreement. You cannot distribute, sell, license, sell, lease, transfer, transfer, publish or transfer content to third parties. Nor can they reproduce, modify, modify, modify or create works derived from all or part or other works. This licensing agreement (this “licence”) is a legal agreement between you, the client (either a natural or legal person) and Therefore Corporation GmbH, Wiener Strae 2/2, A-2340 Moedling, Austria, headquartered in Moedling, registered with the Wiener Neustadt court under FN 237129 w (“Therefor Theree Corporation”). It applies to one or more of the following software for which you paid royalties and completed the required licensing documents: THEREFORE and the modules and updates associated with one of the above elements provided in the maintenance and support contract covered in Section 6 below (“Licensed Software”).
